It can be used to seamlessly manage a flexible onboarding process across the whole portfolio, with optional features like a holding fee to reserve the room and flexible forms that ensure no applicant is missed. Automatic calculation of pro-rata rent will automatically create a schedule, so you can communicate with housemates more easily.
