What is Guestlist?
Guestlist is an event management solution, providing a set of professional-grade tools accessible within the cloud. Built around a dashboard interface that itemizes core capabilities, the service is optimized for any browser-enabled device. From here organizers can login to a free account and begin using every feature to define new events of any scale, adding detailed descriptions and multiple ticket types. Guestlist automatically generates a fully customizable event website for smaller events, while alternatively allowing bigger ones to embed code and ticket sales functionality into existing sites. Transactions must then be processed via Stripe or PayPal, subject to additional fees, with crucial sales data fed back to event summary reports for tracking ticket purchases and revenues.
Guestlist handles email too, sending organizers automatic update reports and event notifications to attendees. Custom contact lists can also be generated via CSV export, providing additional flexibility over data sharing. Mobile check-in using tablet or smartphone then makes on the door processing more convenient during event day, pushing check-in updates to multiple devices.
