The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often. Nice API, you can take all your data and do whatever you want with it. The request management system is pretty good. We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems.
