Duaine: Hi, my name is Duaine. I'm president of an insurance agency. I would give Dubb a five out of five stars. For more reviews like this, click below. Before I was using Dubb, I was using BombBomb. And BombBomb's a good product, but Dubb has a lot more quality assets to it. The reasons that I chose Dubb is that they have a lot of bells and whistles in their software. For example, you can use video emails, you can put videos up on websites and various places, landing pages, so it's a great way to communicate with your clients and customers. It was very easy getting started with Dubb, and they have some great videos to guide you along the way. And also, you can chat with them to find out anything that you need to know. And also, all through the week, they have online meetings where you can go to and find out more about Dubb. I think it would be a great idea for any insurance agent to use Dubb to reach out to their clients and customers. It has a real aw factor to it, and they like it.

Peter: Hi, I'm Peter. I'm a performing musician, and I give Dubb a five out of five rating. For more information, take a look below. Now I'm used to staring down the lens of a camera as a musician, but the process of taking shoots, or messages, or communicating with fans or customers, is a long and involved process. That used to cause me a lot of grief, until I started using Dubb, which simplified all of the workflow, by a huge amount. I chose Dubb because I came across it unusually, through a community of other musicians and other people that I worked with online. They told me about it, Dubb was fairly new, and it didn't have all of its features and capabilities, but I decided to give it a shot. And I can tell you they've developed it and taken it on so far, that I'm a keen and avid supporter of Dubb. Dubb was pretty simple to integrate into my business process and my workflows. I used the different options that they gave me, even through to doing some CRM work with my email fan base. So I've got to say, having worked with all sorts of software products that promise the world, Dubb is simple and straightforward, and you get off the ground pretty quickly to get the results that you need. Thoughts, ideas about getting into using Dubb if you're a first timer, or you haven't done something like this before, I'd just say start simple. Dubb is a powerhouse, and you could get distracted with all of the wonderful, powerful things that you will do. Simply, I would just start by recording your videos and integrating those with your email and reaching out to your customer base. All of the other goodies and powerful levers will come along with that, as you start to integrate, and start working more with Dubb, but good advice, just start simple.

I've been looking for a program to assist me keep track of my CRM. I quickly mastered the great program get-to-go features, and now I can expand more rapidly with my lead than I ever could before. For such a strong application, the money is absolutely worth it.
I've used this product and have found the CRM capabilities, user interface, and customer service to be of the highest caliber. It is user-friendly and simple to use. They genuinely do their hardest to help their customers run their businesses better and expand more successfully.
This application has such strong functionality. I am not currently aware of any problems. I hope there won't be any problems in the near future either.

I use Dubb when I realize that a client is not moving forward cause he/she has not understood my proposal or has not seen the value of it, at that time recording my screen showing critical aspects of the project and talk to them on the video helps a lot to clear thing up and create connection. Often times they are surprised about this process and feel special 😎
-The ease to get my video created and shared without needing another platform-Leads can reply to my video with their video with a could of clicks-Notification for video watch including location and time-You can host your videos there
The interface looks a little outdated, I wish they could make it more modern, but the product is solid.

I can get same features on another product that is FULL WHITE LABEL.
I hated that I paid such a high price expecting white labelling video for my agency. Turns out Dubb does not offer that. I found out after I paid the ridiculous high price for it.

I send my clients a personalized video with my proposal for them.
I have used it a lot over the past years and it is great to see how many new features make it into the platform. Currently it has all that I need to make short videos (I use them to send my proposals with) and impress my clients with how personal of an approach I take.
To be honest, what I need to do I can. I am sure there are things you can improve, but nothing essential for me.
