The solution’s operations management functionalities include user control, security control, an internal communication system, and an integrated agenda with events and calendar notes. Hotello enhances hotel occupancy rates thanks to tools such as an availability chart, booking engine and email marketing tools.
Hotello simplifies overall hotel management with features for budgeting, room allocation and automatic e-mailing. Other features of the software include reviews management, group management, maintenance management and guest experience management.
Hotello’s guest preference management feature keeps a record of stay history, allergies, etc., so that returning guests can be well catered for. The solution also offers part owner management, automatic invoice transmission, reminders and thank you letters. The solution is available in two languages; English and French.
