Voiceover does not work, customer service is unable to assist and it takes several attempts to get a response. Technical support can not fix issues and they just emailing to stall in requested refunds.

- Filler word cut out is abrupt - Limited number of usable Ai text to speech voices - Inability to use pre-recorded voice over for all slides. (I currently have to use another text to speech software for each slide) this just takes too long. I ended up just using Pictory text to speech voice out of frustration. At least there is one usable voice that doesn't sound too robotic.

Using the script to video generator most of the time. Pictory.ai is a valuable tool for content creators because of its combination of AI-generated image creation and user-friendly editing tools. It's an excellent choice for those who want to produce visual content quickly and easily using a single platform. In addition, their customer service is always very helpful and responsive when issues arise. Personally, I find myself using their script-to-video generator feature the most.

Although Pictory.ai could benefit from some improvements, I've noticed that they are actively working on enhancing the platform. However, at times, the tool can run a bit slowly.

The main reason I purchased Pictory was to repurpose my written content into video. I really enjoy using their "text-to-video" feature, especially as you can upload your own images and even record your own voice over. The tool is intuitive to use and I know it will get even better over time. The ability to edit video by editing text --- wow, this is incredible! Highly recommend if you want a quick, easy way to use more video in your content creation process.

- sometimes the images it chose to match the text was not quite ideal. I just swapped those out for different images. - would love to see more images/videos added to the library - looking forward to the ability to change the font of the captions to match my brand fonts (currently there is only one default font available)

The software is easy to start with and offers a wide range of stock images and videos to bring you blog posts to life.

The editing UI is a little clunky at first and the AI doesn't always find the correct images on the first try.

Frankly there isn't anything I dislike about Pictory at this point in time. I have tried almost all the features and they're working fine as described where I first found out about them.

I used it primarily for text to video in a corporate setting. The UI is very intuitive and easy to use. Pictory selected a wide range of clips that aligned with my text, and these were most often usable without changes. I replaced a few of the clips and images with my own media, and this process was quick and easy. If you're looking for a simple way to create videos, without learning high-end production software, Pictory is the best option I've found.

The AI generated voices were better than some, but I felt it was obvious that they were AI. This won't work in my particular environment, so I uploaded my own audio. This was simple, and the audio synced well with the text and video.

Being able to cut out text from transcription of my recording and the video deleting that exact scene instantly is so amazing. It save soooo much time.

I'd love to see them amp up their folders / video organization system. It is a little tough to navigate your files at a glance and I'd love a sub folder feature.

I love the ease of use and being able to import either text for video, pictures and video clips, or a link from a Blog to create a video. This was created as a replacement for another platform that failed. This is my go-to in stock video creation for you to and social platforms.

Unfortunately they did not live up to the promises made for LTD buyers when they sold us the LTD they said that we would get all premium Pro features and unfortunately I am now paying monthly on two separate plans for church that they said would be included for all future upgrades. I do understand that upgrades are expensive but if you are not planning on including upgrades you should not promise all future upgrades in your sales copy.

I like that it has reduced my work time tremendously as I am able to convert my written content into a video format, and also use high quality premium human voice. This is a package that covers all my needs for producing my content!

The prompts for searching for video is good, but we need more video content that can be searched through the prompt.

The learning curve on how to use it is pretty quick. Most of the features are amazing and work for the most part as advertised.

During video editing you can't see the waveform of the sound in the video to know where to trim it! It would be great to be able to see that in order to edit the clips better!

My favorite feature is the ability to edit a video by removing the words within the transcription for the video. It'll also automatically get rid of all the unwanted filler words like "um". Another really fun feature is using the Pictory AI to generate a video from just text! It'll understand the context of your script and choose the appropriate stock footage to create videos that you can then add your own voice over to or use the AI voice.

The video rendering process does take quite a bit of time, but I hope that can be improved as the product continues to mature.

I really love the great job you and your team have done on creating a wonderful platform on which to create amazing videos. I have a new YouTube Channel called "Poetry in Motion" (see link below). So far, I have created 88 YouTube videos and YouTube shorts that "bring to life" some of the many poems I have written. I started this channel about 4 weeks ago, and already I have over 17,000 subscribers. I love the number of videos that I have to choose from in your video library, and the choices of background music are awesome. Your AI voice library is great, but I do wish you offered more Eleven Labs options.

There seem to be some "bugs" in the logic that controls frame lengths. When I make a change to the length of a given frame, the software seems to change the length of other frames. Also, when I position the cursor on a given frame, and then go to the video library to select a scene, the position of the frame I originally selected is changed to another frame. I have to always double check which frame I am on.

Some of the notable features i liked. => 6M ShutterStock Library Assets Access => Automatic and Near to Perfect Transcription => Auto Highlights => Article to Video Creation => Removal of Fillers using 1 click => Edit / Trim Video by removing text

=> Have to Upload Videos. Would be great if it could be providing link and it would fetch from link. ( Like Providing Youtube Link) => Feature Request > Ability to add clips from Different Projects can be interesting => No Support for many language. What I love about Pictory is the video highlights. You can upload a longer video and it automatically creates shorter videos automatically. No work required. Adds subtitles and you can add b-roll. I have been teaching my students how to use Pictory as part of their social media marketing strategy. Pictory leverages AI to simplify and enhance the video creation and editing process. It’s user-friendly, cost-effective, and packed with features that can take your video content to the next level.

The AI Video suggestions are ok. I add all stock videos manually.

I have used Pictory.ai for a few months now and found it an excellent article-to-video tool. The user interface is easy to navigate, and the various features are well-designed.But wait, there is more Pictory can also produce a video based on a script, allows you to edit a video using text, or offers a Visuals to Video mode. Advanced features are also available like the included AI summarises your video and of course branding to show your brand on screen.

Ai text-to-speech voices can be improved. I can not copy easily the outline, which was possible before.

It's the ease of use and speed with which it produces a quality product. I don't have time to learn all of the mechanics of editing and production with a new tool. It automates the whole process, but it looks great.

There are a couple of things about it that are problematic or not as easy. I find placing your own text on a scene (or slide) is workable but not easy. I've made some mistakes that took time to fix. I wish the branding elements were as easy and as creative as the rest.

Its marketed as easy an easy to use drop down video generation doftware. When properly functioning, it is a very basic and servicable option.

Pictory operates as if its under a beta testing mode. Randomly, you'll experience site failures and inconsistencies. For the past 2 weeks, the video generation option has been down. No word (literally) on its status changing.Audio / Voice over upload to text is off. A 5 min audio, read from a script, will generate an 8-10 min video - which results in unnecessary time spent editing.Some of their background music does not pass Youtube copyright claims - meaning you get a strike, not a copyright claim with approved use.I could go on ...

I think Pictory.ai to be a great tool for quickly producing visuals. Its simple user interface made it easy for me to design visuals from scratch or from templates. With Pictory.ai, I was able to quickly develop presentations, websites, and more. The editing tools provided me with fast project visuals and I was able to select templates that suited my project. Pictory.ai was quick and easy to use, and the many templates available made it great for quickly creating photos.

I've noticed some downsides to Pictory.ai. For one, the templates don't always match the style or tone of my project. Sometimes I need something more creative than what the templates offer. Price is another issue - it can be too pricey for me if I'm on a budget.

I can quickly creatte a video with voice over etc. using my own snippts of videos and images

I would like to be able to have a better way of matching the voice over to the video. To have the voice describe what is on the scene at that moment.
