The chat function for customer support was superb, with friendly, helpful people on the other end of the line.

But I love the choice of templates and integration with various services. Most importantly the support team have been very good and speedy in helping me with any issues I've come across.

The software is so easy to use, the templates are brilliant giving my website a clean and fresh look.

I love this because it’s so easy to create a professional website with it, one that I can not only show clients as a portfolio but also to have a great platform to send the photos to them.

Their tech support is AMAZING and will help you along the way. I have found their built-in SEO features to help get my page to the first page of Google within a few months.

Compared multiple Website builders and Pixpa won for my needs. I am very happy with Pixpas speed, simplicity and cost.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. When I have any questions or need help with anything I send a message to the support team and they answer within minutes.

The most I like about Pixpa are the Clients Galleries. Posibility to make a gallery for my clients is crucial to me and this service in direct connection with website is perfect.

Perhaps the best thing is that it easily adapts to screen/window size without making your site look unreadable, so you know that your pages will look good on both mobile and desktop.

It helps with the business for sure. And I have never in my life found such a great customer service nowhere on the internet.

Lots of complications that will appear out of nowhere, for no reason. Constantly having to check to see if my site has somehow gotten a new problem without me editing it.

It's so easy to use and has so many options. It's perfect for wedding photographers.

Pixpa is easy to use, is great for artist portfolios, and doesn't cost as much as some of the other companies.

The site is easy to build, either in images or text, it's fast and whenever I need help from the staff they respond in less than 5 minutes.

Another important thing to me was being able to update the website easily being able to integrate a shop. Pixpa made all these very simple and quick.

I pointed out the issue a few times but no answer.

I would prefer some more font options as they are limited.

Doesnt allow an import functionality for existing blogs into the Pixpa website. There is also no mobile gallery option at the time.

My site is out there, I am pleased for that, editing is easy, like that, working in the software is a struggle for me not sure why. I will persist mostly because it is inexpensive to use.

I been trated not very good I got trapped with the payment first not registered and scared me when my page showed erased , no matters if was paid for two years , second I don’t know how limitation will be minimum images , no store so frustrating, I get cornered do pay more … and the team was taking super long to help and answer my daughter that caused me a lot of stress I’m the painter mromo

 I wanted to re-design my photography website with a fresh and modern look and after spending a long time looking at many different platforms, I decided to use Pixpa based on the wide range of templates and design options available as well as the ability to sell my images directly from my website. The who experience using pixpa is very straight forward and there are so many great features and ways to customise your website. The support pages are also really useful, and if you can't find the answer to your query, the support helpdesk are always super quick to respond and even send personalised video clips to actually show you what to do in order to resolve the query. I absolutely love this platform and would recommend to any photographers looking to build a portfolio or online store!

After over a decade with another platform, I decided to make a switch regarding my photography web presence. I explored Pixpa for their beautifully streamlined sites, their abundance of integration partners, and their overall value proposition. After a few months of usage, Pixpa has lived up to my expectations. Most surprising has been the availability and helpfulness of the customer service. I prefer email and chat assistance, and I've been very pleased with how their agents address my concerns and have assisted me with every piece of my site creation. I will also say their e-commerce and shopping options, which were also a big part of my move to Pixpa, are great. Every option I was missing with my previous platform is here, with simple, straightforward fees (and no commissions!) So far, so good. I encourage you to give them a try!

Pixpa is perfect for what I want – a showcase for special photographic images. I do not sell, so I do not use their shopping system.

The customer support is excellent. You can work with a live chat line at any time. The support personnel are very quick to respond and are extremely helpful. They are as good (probably better) than any other provider.

My decision to go ahead with Pixpa has been one of the best I have made with respect to hosting my galleries and especially so with the functionality of a blog. By having this option, I am now able to add html5 + js in the Pixpa studio and showcase my interactive videos and see some good cash flow.

                                                       Before I used Pixpa, I looked at a number of options. I considered things like Wix. I also used for a while a product called Format. And then I used Format for a good couple of years before I decided to switch and settled on Pixpa.
                                                       I chose Pixpa because of the range of the functionality that it offered for the price point. I particularly liked the option for being able to sell my items through my website. And there was no commission taken. And the options there were really very flexible, and suited my needs and my customers very well.
                                                       Getting started with Pixpa, I guess, like any platform, you have to spend a little bit of time learning, but it didn't take me long at all. I found that I was able to transition over. It was fairly self explanatory following my way around the website and the tools that they provide. And on one occasion, contacted support regarding a problem I was having, and they were really responsive.
                                                       If you are considering getting Pixpa, I would recommend jumping in and having a look through, they have a free trial, I believe. They did have when I tried it out at first. And it's worth having a look because you'll probably find that it's fairly straightforward. You'll be quite, I think, pleased by the... Well, I was pleased by the range of functionality that it offered for the price that they charge.

So, we decided to choose Pixpa as the ideal place to develop the sign and develop our website.
                                                       We chose Pixpa after the comparison I mentioned before because it has several audios that we were able to use very easily to develop our site. Also, the possibility to make vanities of images, different vanities for different customers for different purposes. [inaudible 00:01:30], we found the utilities we need about the liberty, caption, payments, and so. Also, we were able to have a blog that we updated more or less on a weekly basis. It is very easy to manage. Also, the different forms we can design to help us in another area of our business, who are very in shape to do. Customer service. Pixpa is very easy to contact and they are very efficient and quick. They've been solving all the doubts and potential problems. They were not problems at the end of the day, but it was a lack of knowledge on our side. It was very easy to get with them. They're asking me [inaudible 00:02:30]. We have been updating you, seeing this Pixpa site.
                                                       At the beginning of using Pixpa, it was easy because they had different layouts to start designing your website. Some of them are very artistic, and then our business is very strong on art, so we were happy about that. We got several doubts because we didn't know what would be the best way to set our photos and art in the website. Then, as I said before, the customer service was very efficient. I even asked them if we don't count on these. They started with a stall to share their online download, which is what remains as sold. So, designing, etc., and starting from the scratch is easy because you have a lot of high damage that would occur. Do you know why you have doubts? We monitor this from all our provinces in all YouTube chats, with the aspect from Pixpa. After that, we only had one or two doubts that we needed to be solved later on. 
                                                       My recommendation for the beginning and story with Pixpa. In a study [inaudible 00:04:14] trying to start, HIV, you're from better. Take [inaudible 00:04:22]. You can use the online chat. They are very quick and efficient, and can find any doubt that you will have. Then, you can start taking the new content. The end of our designs, they offered [inaudible 00:04:46]. Then, as you've already chose the initial design, and when hints... Years back, I said I'd probably throw peach pie. Well, [inaudible 00:04:59] start deciding your website, and upload the information about the problems or services, any other mark or rotation related to your business. But before starting from the scratch on your own, it'd be good to sign [inaudible 00:05:22]. You will spend a lot of time, because as I said, it's very easy, but I do need to have some initial knowledge to start working with Pixpa, which is not rocket science, the knowledge that you need to do that. But it would help you out.
