What is Roombler?
Roombler is a cloud-based property management solution that assists boutique hotels, vacation rentals and bed and breakfasts with managing bookings, channels and guest data. Lodge owners and semi-professional hosts can use this application to handle check-ins, process payments and send confirmation emails.
An automatic sync functionality helps users keep track of new reservations and guest information from different channels. A centralized platform displays consolidated booking details and assists team members with internal/external communication. Hosts can use the calendar view feature to get an overview of occupancy rates for a specific time duration. Roombler comes with a booking widget which guests can use to make bookings directly from the property website.
Roombler allows property managers to grant access rights to multiple team members and keep staff up to date about new developments. A guest communication module sends automated confirmation emails for booking confirmation and enables hosts to respond to queries. The system integrates with digital platforms such as Airbnb, Expedia and Agoda and Booking.com.
