Sign-ins and sign-outs are easy with our features that include electronic signature, electronic record keeping, staff alerts and the ability to complete the process with a mobile app. Key features include scheduling & payroll management, including attendance, area lists and real-time updates. Get reporting that contains custom reports, automatic reporting and every data point access.
Smartcare offers alerts, including real-time alerts, mission critical messages, staff and child arrival/departure notifications and status & scheduled pickup alerts. It also offers child and family tracking that includes billing, contact information details and child birthday alerts and more.
