What is Staffvelox?
Staffvelox is an employee scheduling solution for SMBs, with features for time & attendance tracking, scheduling, and time off management.
Shift schedules can be created and managed across multiple locations and departments, and can be saved as templates for reuse. Up-to-date employee availability information ensures that shift conflicts are avoided, and open shifts are filled quickly. Employees are able to clock in and out from any web-connected device or kiosk, whilst clock in reminders help to reduce employee tardiness. Any overtime is calculated automatically, and approved timesheets are exported directly to payroll for processing.
Time off policies are customizable and can adjusted for different groups of employees. Time off requests can be made, managed and approved by managers from within the Staffvelox app.
