What is TimeCheck?
TimeCheck is a web-based time and attendance management software designed to help organizations track and record employees’ working hours. Features include biometric authentication, geo-tracking, remote access, data import/export, user permission management, and audit trail.
The application enables managers to provide approvals for leaves or overtime, manage shift changes across multiple groups, and monitor the number of present employees via an online timesheet in real-time. TimeCheck’s comp off feature allows stakeholders to configure the minimum work hours across the organization and set up validity/expiry days for submitting compensation requests. With the dashboard, administrators can view and track the current status of present or absent staff members, monitor pending leave or work approvals, and record time discrepancies through graphical representations.
Human resource managers can use TimeCheck’s employee management module to create, update, and manage personnel details, assign leave policy, and track job history through employee history reports. Further, using its integrated SMS feature, administrators can send notifications for various issues such as late entries, early exits, absence, on-duty entry, and more.
