El poder unificar en una sola aplicación, evaluaciones, ausencias, encuestas, formación.
la falta de adecuación para el manejo de las licencias , puntualmente las vacaciones, de acuedo a las reglamentaciones de Argentina.

Me gusta mucho la herramienta, es fácil de usar y tiene muchas funcionalidades que se pueden aprovechar.
visualización de los datos de empleado, la plataforma es muy dinámica.
Al momento de asignar o quitar personal de una supervisión, considero que debería estar en organización o de manera más directa para hacer esos cambios.

Muy buena, recomiendo Bizneo HR para ayudar a los departamentos de RRHH a la gestión diaria de sus procesos.
La facilidad de usar la herramienta, la posibilidad de amoldar las necesidades de cada empresa.
Algunas funcionalidades de carga masiva de datos no funciona correctamente

El sistema permite un control adecuado del proceso de control de capacitación para los colaboradores
Aun cuando se captura el dato de apto o no apto en el curso que haya tomado el colaborador, no existe ningún reporte donde se vea reflejada esa información.

excelente, me permite centralizar la información
fue fácil de implementar, la asistencia y el acompañamiento de [contenido sensible oculto] ha sido excelente, siempre ayudanos a sacar todo adelante, ahora podemos tener toda la información de nuestro empleados centralizada
Los horarios, tener que crear cada horario de forma individual en un apartado distinto para poder ligarlo al trabajador, preferiria desde el perfil del trabajador crearle el horario. En mi caso es complejo porque tengo muchos docentes y tengo un horario diferente por cada trabajador. Entiendo que en otro tipo de empresas es mas sencillo porque tienen horarios mas parejos.
