Pros

I was always impressed with how friendly the help desk staff were. You can customize the template of your forms, you can set rules, set up payment integration.
I really like Wufoo as opposed to some of the other survey options because it is super easy drag and drop type set up, very intuitive, I can add in a direction video, and it looks really good.
We use it for our donation portal and we have integrated it to stripe and our donors have found the platform super easy to use.

Pros

The ease of use, the ability to customize and best of all uniformity throughout the organization.
Overall, I would recommend using Forms because its integration with one's google account is amazing and when drafted correctly, you can elicit the appropriate feedback from users of the Form.
Auto save in the cloud is seamless with amazing collaboration support. Free to use and easily integrates with other Google features.

Cons

Does not integrate with existing frameworks and drag and drop widgets on page content blocks so requires customization.
This platform is severely outdated--both in functionality and looks.
Originally our content management system had a very weak form manager.

Cons

If you make a mistake there is no auto suggestion to help you out. It will give you a blank look and a confusing an error message.
I have a hard time making changes to my current forms. It is mainly because I am scared I will disrupt the flow of the form.
People miss the submit button after entering all the information. Hard to capture answers when this is missed.

Worthless will steal your money even after cancelling

Reviewed a year ago

Started using Wufoo in 2014 on the recommendation of an acquaintance, they auto-billed me and even raised the amount through the years without notifying me (not sure how that's legal but it happened), first time I tried canceling the services was in Dec 2019, sent them an email and nothing, I forgot about it until I saw the auto-renewal charge in December of 2021, this time I went onto the site and...

Pros

Nothing, Google forms offers these services for free.

Cons

Decent Form Builder

Reviewed 24 days ago
Pros

Wufoo has the ability to redirect people to another website url after they submit the form. I Use Google forms for day to day form building as it is a part of Google workspace. Google forms however does not have any ability to redirect people. Started using Wufoo in 2016 and its been reliable for me.

Cons

Not much bad to say about it. One thign to consider if your after a form builder is that a lot of 'all in one' marketing software solutions have form builders built in these days eg High Level, Kartra etc sometimes it can be easier to use a form builder which is already part of your workflow rather than using a seperate website like Wufoo.

Decent software with some limitation

Reviewed 6 years ago
Pros

It's a very easy and complete way to set up more advanced forms. It's better in its functionalities and features than for example Google Forms with payment options (not tried this). I like the link to other software via for example Zapier the most.

Cons

There are some limitations, the number of questions & answers in the form for example. Especially for longer surveys, it might not be useful.

Overall, we love using Google Forms for simple information collection purposes. It is a sleek look which can be better than SignUp Genius which can have many ads or strange formats. But it doesn't offer the same level of flexibility as Wufoo in terms of 'rules' or 'codes.'

Pros

We love the fact that users can easily upload documents or files to the form, as well as collect information in a concise and effective manner.

Cons

One of the challenges with Google Forms is that it is not easy to manipulate. For example, we regularly use Wufoo to collect information from parents because we can add rules to make fields hide if we are not using them. This is a feature I wish Google Forms had.

Simple and free form creation

Reviewed 5 years ago

Overall, it's a great option for anyone to create simple forms. Since it's in the Google Suite, it's great for businesses that utilize a lot of Google Apps.

Pros

Google Forms makes it easy to create forms for almost any purpose you can think of. It's very straight forward to add questions, manage, responses, and share your forms. It supports conditional questions and pre-filled questions. It also supports collaborations with teams. Pretty much has any feature you'd look for in creation simple forms.

Cons

It's not always straight forward how to set up email notifications. It would be nice if you could add email addresses for notifications in addition to form collaborators. Settings aren't as robust as paid form options, like Wufoo, but that's to be expected since Google Forms is free. The forms theme editing options are rather limited. Lastly, I find how forms look when embedded into websites to be not as seamless as I'd like. It looks too much like I'm embedding a website into another website.
