Integrations rated by users

We looked at 326 user reviews to identify which products are mentioned as Adobe Lightroom integrations and how users feel about them.

Integration rating: 4.8 (54)

Photo image processing is a multi-step process, wherein the first step, called "raw conversion," takes camera output which consist only of numeric values and converts that into a digital image which us humans recognize as a picture. That first step is done by Lightroom. After Lightroom completes raw conversion and basic photo adjustments, Photoshop is used to make complex adjustments, such as separating a bird in flight from the background sky, so that I can make different adjustments to the sky than I make to the bird. That is but one example, but understand that Photoshop is arguably one of the most complex and capable pieces of software used in any business today.

Important because some final images do need more professional post production, mostly in the faces for me, for those I like to finish up retouching in Photoshop.

When you want to remove or add something to images, photoshop is better for that. When you want to play with colours only, then is no need for integration.

This integration is important because I'll sometimes use Photoshop to touch up things in the background of photographs after exporting from Lightroom.

The ability to push Lightroom images with filters into Photoshop for advanced editing, then pull them back into the same collection is superb!

It now is one program but it has always been nice being able to take a photo from lightroom and easily integrate it into Photoshop projects

Photoshop with its designing tools and generative fill, overlays, markup, frames, and complimentary tools, pairs perfectly with Lightroom.

95% of the photos I use in Photoshop go through Lightroom first. The product integration makes this process easy.

Whenever i'm designing and want to edit the lighting and shadows of a photo, lightroom is always there for me.

I begin my editing process in Lightroom, then move to Photoshop to continue with more tools available to me.

I can open the image quickly edit and then go back to lightroom and continue the work. A powerful resource.

Can easily export to photoshop to make final edits such as removing objects or more detail oriented things

A ton, I use them both daily for my photography work. Enhanced headshot editing, cutouts, and more.

I do complex edits in photoshop and then bring them back into Lightroom for eventual export.

To finish off what I could not with Lightroom, this can be advanced retouching.

Photoshop allows you to do extra editing that is not achievable in Lightroom.

Photoshop has all the necessary tools for my editing that I need in my work
