Cortex enables administrators to set up role-based permissions for users and remove access when their LDAP account is disabled.

Features include duplicate file detection, access control, audit log, unique ID codes, and real-time content publishing.

Team members can collaborate, comment, review, approve, and establish ownership over assets. Cortex helps supervisors configure and send email alerts or reminders to users about task assignments.
