What is Bman?
Bman is a cloud based business management software that streamlines operational processes for professionals, retail stores, small and medium sized enterprises and e-commerce operators. The platform consolidates inventory control, sales processing, accounting, point of sale transactions and online commerce management within a unified web based system. The software is compatible with Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android and ChromeOS operating environments and an optimized interface supports touch screen devices.
Inventory management capabilities include control of multiple warehouses with real time stock verification across distribution networks, automated and manual adjustments and inter-warehouse merchandise transfers with stock reservation during transit. Advanced cataloging supports variant management for sizes and colors, serial code tracking, batch and expiration date management and quantity based pricing lists configured by customer type. BmanScan enables mobile verification of inventory and the system also supports order and quote management as well as tracking integration for courier services.
Bman provides a sales and marketing suite that incorporates customer and supplier profile management, SMS and email communication tools and an integrated telephone switchboard. Promotional features include coupon and discount code generation, bundle promotions, sales event configuration, customer loyalty program management, gift card issuance and return voucher processing. The platform also includes an agent module for sales representative management and a dedicated portal for customer self service.
Point of sale functionality features a touch-optimized interface for tablet based operations, compatibility with fiscal receipt printing and generation of courtesy receipts. Accounting modules handle electronic invoicing in compliance with Italian regulations, journal entry management, VAT settlement calculations and bank reconciliation with payment reminders. E-commerce connectors for WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shopify support synchronization of products, stock levels, pricing, customer records and orders. API web services and webhook notifications enable custom integrations and automated workflows. Desktop and mobile applications provide access from multiple form factors and continuous release cycles introduce integration options and feature improvements to accommodate evolving operational requirements.
