Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Commit overview
What is Commit?
Commit is commission and pipeline tracking software built for UK B2B sales teams of 5 to 50 reps. It is not a CRM. It sits alongside the CRM you already use and focuses on two things: making sure reps are paid correctly, and giving managers a forecast they can trust.
CRM integration
- HubSpot: secure OAuth connection with read-only, one-way sync. Deals sync automatically every 30 minutes, and webhooks pick up changes in between. Commit never writes back to your CRM.
- Google Sheets: sync deals from a spreadsheet using a simple column template, with stable Deal IDs so updates don't create duplicates.
- Salesforce and Pipedrive: coming soon.
- Connection health is monitored, and admins are prompted to reconnect if access expires.
Commission engine
- Commission is calculated automatically when a deal is marked Closed Won.
- Plan types include flat percentage rates, tiered rates, accelerators for over-performance, and decelerators below threshold.
- Clawbacks and reversals are handled when a deal falls through after closing.
- Each rep sees a breakdown of how every figure was calculated.
Approvals, disputes and audit
- Commissions move through an approval workflow before they are paid.
- Reps can raise a dispute on a commission line, and managers resolve it in the app.
- Every calculation, adjustment and approval is recorded with who did it and when.
Payroll export
- Approved commissions export as a CSV formatted for Xero UK Payroll, and the file works with other payroll tools too.
- Export in bulk, per rep or line by line. Exports are logged, and the same commission can't be paid twice.
Targets and forecasting
- A quota planning wizard with UK fiscal year support (set any start month, such as April).
- Drag and drop deals into Pipeline, Commit, Best Case and Closed Won to build a forecast managers can rely on.
Teams and security
- Role-based access for reps, managers and admins.
- Team members join through single-use invite links and set their own passwords.
- Each company's data is isolated at the database level, and sign-in runs through Supabase Auth.
Onboarding and support
- Web-based, with nothing to install.
- Training online or in person.
- Phone and email support during UK business hours.
