Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Corella overview
What is Corella?
Corella is Australian care-operations software for NDIS, aged-care and community support providers. It replaces the usual stack - a rostering app, a shared drive, a spreadsheet and an accounting package - with one system.
The design decision that matters: the roster row and the timesheet row are the same record. When a support worker clocks off, their hours, travel time and kilometres are already on the timesheet. Nothing is re-entered, and there is no second system to reconcile.
ROSTERING AND ATTENDANCE. Group, recurring and sleepover shifts, conflict checks, open-shift offers, GPS clock-on, and a job board that ranks who could take an unfilled shift and explains why in plain words - availability, training currency, skills, continuity with the client, travel distance and award impact.
SCHADS AWARD COMPLIANCE. Nine checks run over the draft roster: minimum engagement, rest between shifts, broken shifts and their span, daily and weekly overtime, sleepover length and frequency, and rest afterwards. It warns, it never blocks - your enterprise agreement and your judgement beat a rule in software. Every threshold is configurable. This is arithmetic you can check by hand, not AI.
SHIFT MARGINS. Cost, revenue and margin per shift - including shifts you have not filled yet, so a loss-making shift is visible while it is still free to change. Costed by the same engine that runs payroll and priced by the same price guide that raises the invoice. Gross contribution, excluding overheads.
CARE RECORDS. Care plans that drive shifts, progress notes with privacy walls, incidents with reportable timers, medication administration logs, clinical charting in Australian units, restrictive practices, five kinds of risk assessment, and document expiry tracking.
BILLING, CLAIMING AND PAYROLL. NDIS price-guide billing with time bands, invoice runs by funding lane, printable tax invoices, the NDIA 16-column bulk payment request file, plan-manager claims, and payroll exports. Corella generates the claim file exactly and you upload it - we do not claim a direct API we do not have.
PEOPLE AND HR. Recruitment through onboarding, role-aware training, and worker compliance the roster can actually see, with expiry alerts before a check lapses rather than after.
AI ASSISTANCE, INCLUDED. Progress notes are triaged into confidence-scored signals, each carrying the verbatim excerpt it came from, so a coordinator can see why it was raised. Plus office-only client summaries, dictated notes and recorded-meeting summaries. It reads and flags; a person decides. It never writes into a client record. There is no AI tier and no add-on.
SECURITY AND HOSTING. Every provider gets their own isolated instance and database, hosted in Sydney - health data never shares a database with another organisation. Daily backups with point-in-time recovery, role-based access, and an audit trail. When the AI features are switched on, the text being analysed is processed outside Australia while the record itself stays in Sydney, and we say so plainly rather than claiming nothing leaves the country.
INTEGRATIONS, HONESTLY. Xero for invoices with the proof-of-support PDF attached and payment status read back, and NDIA bulk claim files. Payroll leaves as CSV. That is the whole list today.
PRICING AND DEPLOYMENT. A$19 per staff user per month, ex GST, with a A$149 per month account minimum. Participant and family portal logins are free and are never counted as seats. Everything above is included - no feature tiers, no AI add-on, no setup fee. Paid annually, two months are free. Cloud (SaaS), with a mobile-friendly app for support workers. Australian-built and Australian-hosted.
