Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

CRMandGo overview
What is CRMandGo?
CRMandGo is a multi-tenant CRM platform for Australian regulated industries, built on FastAPI and Firestore in australia-southeast1 (Sydney), with a React front end served from Firebase Hosting.
Configuration: industry vertical packs (mortgage broking, insurance broking, real estate, recruitment, legal practice, migration, trades, dental, marketing agency, generic) define pipeline stages, document checklists and intake forms at onboarding. A Blueprint layer declares custom objects and field types, so the schema is configurable rather than fixed.
Lead flow: capture from web forms, smart-form intake links, inbound email and partner webhooks; AI lead scoring via Claude; four allocation modes (manual, round-robin, claim-first, and P1-P5 priority banding); org-scoped global search across leads and clients.
Document collection: client-facing deal rooms with tracked document requests, gated verification, and AI document-type and name checking on upload. Identity and licence vision tasks route onshore to Vertex AI in australia-southeast1 and never fall back offshore. General AI (lead scoring, reception) runs on Claude with overseas processing disclosed.
Telephony: in-app softphone with presence, call recording, transcription, call analytics, a reception inbox with routing, and a real-time compliance copilot that streams the live call and raises severity-graded flags mid-conversation.
Automation and comms: no-code workflow builder fired from event hot spots, email and SMS from the client card with template management and consent tracking, marketing campaigns with audience segments, scheduled follow-up and escalation jobs, in-app notifications, and server-sent events for real-time updates.
Partners and revenue: partner portal, partner discovery, referral agreements, referral fee tracking, commission reconciliation against the deal book.
Integration: public REST API v1 with org-scoped API keys (designed for Zapier, Make and custom clients), Monday.com import and connection with Fernet-encrypted credential storage, an MCP server endpoint, and native links to BookAndGo, SignAndGo, InspectAndGo and BrandAndGo.
Security: dual-Firebase auth with ecosystem SSO (Google, Microsoft, email and magic link), two-factor authentication, httpOnly session cookies, double-submit CSRF, Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise, role-based org scoping, plan-based feature gating, IAM-signed storage URLs, and an audit log written on every mutation.
