Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

CWS Platform overview
What is CWS Platform?
CWS Platform is a digital negotiation platform tailored to complex B2B commerce where fixed price platforms are inadequate. It enables sellers and buyers to negotiate price, delivery and payment terms within governed intelligent rule sets. The platform incorporates ten deterministic modules, six AI agents and one thousand twenty nine configurable features. It serves seventeen industries such as agribusiness, auto parts, fashion, construction and chemicals. It has been implemented by companies such as Bunge, MAHLE, Pirelli and Rodobens.
The deterministic core executes business rules in code with zero inference cost to deliver consistent outcomes. The CDL Workspace serves as an executable business constitution for rule management. The Pricing Engine generates contextual price proposals for negotiation. The Sales Hub provides a shared cart with automatic governance through hierarchical thresholds, hard block and mutual exclusion. The Checkout and Payments module supports flexible terms such as credit, digital transfers, invoices and barter with quadruple validation and native limit integration. The Catalog Engine spans all inventory points, portals and seller channels. The Inventory Hub manages multi warehouse operations with on demand fulfillment checks. The Order Management component orchestrates invoicing, tracking and order splitting. The CMS Builder facilitates the creation of negotiation portals. The Logistics Engine embeds delivery conditions into the negotiation process. The Marketing Suite triggers negotiation opportunities through campaigns and incentives.
The six AI agents amplify deterministic functionality by operating under identical rule constraints. The buyer agent accelerates intent to order workflows. The sales agent equips trader roles with data enhanced negotiation capabilities. The store agent maintains the negotiation environment continuously. The catalog image agent transforms source images into marketplace ready assets. The supply agent forecasts stock distribution to prevent shortages. The CDL architect audits the full rule set in seconds. Agents that propose actions outside defined parameters are automatically blocked and core operations persist independently of agent availability.
The platform architecture is API first, headless and stateless with a suite of REST services and token based authentication. It operates across multiple environments with a hierarchical data model from store to product unit. The solution supports multi tenant, multi brand and multi inventory configurations and integrates with standard development stacks. Organizations may deploy basic catalog portals and evolve into governed negotiation or AI powered trading in successive phases. CWS Platform has enabled the digitalization of negotiation processes while preserving auditability and governance.
