Attendance

Teachers open the app on their phone, see today's class with the enrolled students and mark who turned up with one tap. Excused absences, make-up classes with capacity limits, and trial classes that do not clutter the group. You get each student's history and the real occupancy of every group.

Payments and receipts

Generate the whole school's monthly receipts in one click, each student on their own rate. Take cash, bank transfer, Bizum or card through Stripe. Outstanding receipts switch to overdue automatically, email reminders go out on the schedule you set, and the dashboard shows late payers with the running total. Income ledger export in csv for your accountant.

Online enrolment

Send a link and the student enrols from their phone: personal details, ID document and acceptance of your terms, recorded with date, time, IP address and a fingerprint of the exact text agreed to. Guardian details are collected automatically for minors.

Schedules, classes and rooms

Capacity-limited groups, rooms, an assigned teacher and seasons. Mid-term sign-ups with the fee calculated from the day they join.
