ExtractBee reads your documents and gives you back structured data you can actually use. Upload an invoice, a receipt, a bank statement or a contract, and it pulls out the fields you need — supplier, dates, line items, totals, account numbers — without you building a single template. It handles the formats people actually send: PDFs, scans, photos, Word and Excel files, and more, up to 50 MB each. Drop files in by hand, import from a URL, forward them to a dedicated email address, or send them through the API. When month-end hits and you have a pile of them, the batch endpoint takes up to 50 files in one call. Every field comes back with a confidence score, so you can see at a glance what's solid and what's worth a second look. When something needs fixing, your team corrects it in the review screen and the change is saved against the document.
