Facturel overview
What is Facturel?
Facturel is free e-invoicing and business management software for Argentina: no credit card, no expiry. It issues A, B and C invoices and credit notes with a CAE from ARCA (formerly AFIP) through ARCA's official web services (WSFE).
How it works: you enter the sale in the web portal, or write it to FacturIA, the built-in AI assistant, as a message or a WhatsApp voice note. FacturIA picks the invoice type, calculates VAT, shows you the document and requests the CAE only after you confirm. The PDF carries your brand and is emailed to your customer.
Functions: customers, products, unlimited quotes and internal documents, collections and account statements, expenses and an appointment calendar with customer reminders.
Integrations: ARCA web services, WhatsApp, email delivery and Mercado Libre account connection. Optional monthly add-ons add reports and KPIs, Mercado Pago payment links and QR, and ARCA withholdings.
Security: data travels encrypted (HTTPS) and is backed up daily; nothing fiscal is issued without your confirmation; your ARCA certificate is used only to issue your own documents.
