FieldCommerce is a field service management platform built specifically for small trade businesses with one to twenty-five employees, spanning trades such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lawn care, handyman services, and pest control.
The platform covers the full job lifecycle in one place: incoming customer requests are matched to a shop's service catalog, quotes go out with pricing and descriptions pre-filled, approved quotes convert into scheduled jobs on a drag-and-drop calendar with route mapping, and completed jobs generate invoices that sync automatically to QuickBooks Online. Customers can pay by card on the spot or online, and get automatic status updates plus access to a self-service customer portal for quotes, invoices, and job history.
FieldCommerce also includes AI-powered daily briefings that answer common owner questions each morning, such as the day's schedule, overdue invoices, monthly revenue, and quotes that need follow-up.
Onboarding is designed to be fast: shops can connect QuickBooks to import clients, payment methods, and expenses, or describe their services so FieldCommerce builds their catalog automatically. Most shops are up and running in under fifteen minutes, and every plan includes a 30-day free trial with no credit card required and free data migration.
