What is Graicx?
Graicx is CMMS and CAFM software for any building. Requests arrive from an occupant portal and AI triages each one; Graicx dispatches the right engineer by skill, travel and workload, and SLA clocks warn before they breach. Engineers capture photos, parts and time on site, and AI drafts the closeout for them to approve.
Planned maintenance, the asset register and statutory compliance (F-Gas, LOLER, Legionella, fire, gas and electrical) sit in the same place, with evidence captured at the point of work. 3C Site Health scores every site on Compliance, Cost and Completion and ranks what needs you next. Your rules decide what runs on its own. Priced by estate (from £699 per site a month, unlimited users) or per user (£49). Data stored in the EU.
