Harmony is an enterprise service management platform that uses artificial intelligence to automate the resolution of service requests across IT, HR, legal and finance. It addresses operational challenges when employees wait extended periods for standard access provisioning, when service teams are overwhelmed with requests and when traditional IT service management solutions require continuous headcount expansion to maintain service levels. The platform serves as an alternative to legacy systems by combining AI-driven automation with real-time asset management and automated knowledge generation.

The core functionality of Harmony centers on integrated components that work together to automate service delivery. The AI Helpdesk Agent uses natural language understanding to resolve the majority of user requests without human intervention, reducing resolution times from days to minutes. More than one hundred production-ready AI agents are available out of the box to cover workflows such as application access provisioning with approval, password resets with identity verification, employee onboarding and offboarding, group membership management, device recovery with verification protocols and license expiration monitoring. Proactive agents detect and resolve issues based on real-time signals such as expiring certificates, printer connectivity problems, low toner levels, critical storage capacity thresholds, hardware uptime anomalies and security misconfigurations.

The knowledge base continuously learns from ticket data, user interactions and organizational context to generate and maintain a dynamic repository that suggests relevant content during ticket creation. The system of record maintains an automated, real-time inventory of assets and software across the enterprise environment. Organizations can also create custom AI agents by supplying natural language prompts that are transformed into configurable workflows connected to approval flows and business processes.

Harmony integrates with more than one hundred third-party systems across categories that include IT service management platforms, identity providers for authentication and group assignment, human resources information systems for employee lifecycle management, mobile device management solutions, endpoint detection and response tools, SaaS applications for provisioning and access control, asset management systems and knowledge base platforms. The integration architecture enables access to organizational data across disparate systems, execution of automated actions such as account provisioning and deactivation, enforcement of approval workflows across multiple departments and synchronization of asset and user information in real time. Initial operation alongside existing IT service management platforms allows organizations to maintain current ticketing infrastructure while Harmony agents handle resolution workflows, with the option to fully transition to Harmony native service management capabilities when ready.
