JustSignup is the volunteer sign-up page for organizers who are tired of making a new sheet for every event. A PTA, a booster club, a church or a small nonprofit puts every event for the year on one page: each event is a card with its own date, shifts, jobs and things to bring, and its own link for the flyer. A parent opens the event they can help with, taps a spot, and gets a confirmation and a reminder the day before. No account, no app, and no ads on any plan.

How pages get built

Describe the event in a sentence and the builder drafts the shifts and counts. Paste the sheet you already use (a SignUpGenius link imports with its dates, shifts and counts). Or upload a photo or PDF of the flyer and the builder reads the dates, jobs and counts off it. Organizers see who is covered and who is not at a glance, copy a "still needed" message into the group text, and send the link by text, email, WhatsApp, Facebook, Remind or ClassDojo.

Two sign-up modes

First come, first served with capacity limits and waitlists. Or availability first: volunteers tick the shifts they could do and the organizer assigns by hand or with one-click auto-fill that emails each person their schedule.

What Pro adds ($9/month or $79/year, per organization)

Co-organizers for the whole board, rolling weekly schedules, hours reports and verification letters, day-of check-in, parent or guardian copies on youth sign-ups, waivers (agreement checkbox), file attachments and a header image, email-everyone broadcasts, CSV export, custom questions and feedback surveys.

Specs

Web app, nothing to install; works on any phone or desktop browser. Pages in English, Spanish and French. Calendar files (ICS) for every shift. Email confirmations and reminders sent automatically. Data export to CSV. Hosted in the US; volunteers can hide their names from the public page. Payments, SMS and background checks are not included. School districts and councils can run many schools under one roll-up with a district-wide notice.
