What is LeadJaw?

LeadJaw is a B2B website visitor identification platform. It matches visitor IP addresses against company and network data, then enriches those matches with firmographic detail - giving your sales and marketing teams a live feed of companies actively browsing your site.
Install a lightweight tracking script on your website and LeadJaw starts logging company visits straight away. You see the company name, which pages they viewed, how long they spent on the site and how many times they have returned. No form fill required.
What you see per visit
Each visit record shows the company name, registered address, industry sector, company size and website. LeadJaw also surfaces the pages viewed, session duration, referral source and UTM campaign data - so you know not just who visited, but what they looked at and where they came from.
Lead capture - forms, Calendly and more
When a visitor completes a contact form on your site, LeadJaw captures that event and links the contact details to the company record. If you use Calendly, you can connect it directly in LeadJaw settings. Booking details are then passed into LeadJaw and matched to the visiting company - giving you an identified contact without relying on a separate form. Both capture methods work on the free trial and all paid plans.
CRM integration
LeadJaw connects to HubSpot via OAuth. Company records are created or updated automatically, with LeadJaw visit data written to custom properties. Form fill and Calendly contacts are pushed through as new contacts, with activity logged against the company record. Your CRM stays current without manual data entry.
Alert rules
Set up email alerts based on your own criteria - by industry, company size, pages viewed or time on site. LeadJaw notifies you when a company matching your target profile visits, so your team can follow up while the interest is fresh.
