Meadow is a cannabis retail platform covering point of sale, e-commerce, delivery, loyalty, and compliance on a single data model. Founded 2014 as Y Combinator's first cannabis startup, independently owned, with more than $5 billion in retail orders processed at 99.999% uptime and 100% uptime every 4/20.

Architecture. Metrc track-and-trace is native to checkout and inventory rather than a downstream integration, so sales, inventory lineage, and state reporting derive from the same records instead of being reconciled between systems. Web app plus iOS. Storefront, delivery, and online orders resolve against one inventory, which removes the oversell condition common to bolted-together stacks.

Delivery. Supports hub-and-spoke and dynamic ("pizza" and "ice cream truck") fulfillment models, driver dispatch, manifest generation, and route management, all against the same compliant inventory as in-store sales.

Compliance and access control. Automated Metrc reporting, jurisdiction-specific tax calculation, transaction-level audit trails, role-based permissions segmenting register and admin functions, and age and ID verification at both checkout and delivery handoff. 20+ exportable reports.

Integrations and API. A documented REST API (api-docs.getmeadow.com) with production and staging environments, plus more than twenty integrations: Weedmaps and Leafly menu sync, Metrc, Headset analytics, QuickBooks accounting, Onfleet logistics, Alpine IQ and Springbig loyalty, Stronghold ACH, self-service kiosks, and digital signage. All-in-one does not mean closed — operators keep existing tools rather than rebuilding a stack.
