Platform and specification

Cloud-hosted SaaS, delivered on Cloudflare's edge network and rendered server-side, so it opens fast on a phone over patchy signal. It runs in any modern browser with nothing to install, and installs to an Android or iOS home screen as a standalone app through the web app manifest, with no app store download or update to chase. Postgres storage with row-level security. UK-first throughout: sterling, VAT rules including the construction domestic reverse charge, London time, and HMRC's own SA103F box structure.

AI-assisted quoting from a plain English description or a voice note, priced from your own hourly, half-day and day rates across eight pricing modes, with materials, subcontractor lines, mileage, parking, congestion charge, waste disposal, tool hire and contingency each handled separately. Integrations

Stripe for deposit and invoice card payments. Two-way calendar sync with Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCloud, so jobs schedule around commitments already in your own diary. Bank transfer and PayPal payment details can be carried on the invoice. There is no direct Xero, QuickBooks or Sage sync, by decision: a sole trader hands over to an accountant once a year, and the year-end export pack does that job without two systems holding different opinions about the same invoice.

Security and AI boundaries

Data is isolated per account by Postgres row-level security rather than by application code. Customer approval links are tokens scoped to a single quote, revoked the moment that quote is withdrawn, superseded or expired, so an old email cannot approve work no longer on offer. Every quote and invoice PDF actually sent is written to an append-only ledger holding a SHA-256 hash of the exact bytes the customer received, so what went out months ago can be answered without depending on the current state of the record, and a document number that has been issued is never reused.

On AI specifically: every model output in the product is a draft, a prefill or a suggestion, and a person presses the button that sends or saves it. There is no scheduled message a model composes and dispatches on its own, and no chatbot. That is a deliberate boundary, not a missing feature: the product handles private business data and reads untrusted third-party content, and letting a model act unattended across both is the combination worth refusing.
