NivaDesk is order management software for businesses that make, repair or customise things to order: jewellers, watch repairers, tailors, furniture makers, engravers, framers, print shops and design studios.

The core object is the order card. One record holds the client, the quote, the deposit and outstanding balance, photos of the piece, attached files, the due date, the to-do list and the current production stage, instead of that information being split across a notebook, a spreadsheet and a message thread.

DATA AND SECURITY

Role-based permissions control what each team member can see and change. Billing and account fields are server-controlled and cannot be altered from the client apps. Uploaded files are scanned for malware. Your data can be exported to CSV at any time, and deleting your account removes it.
