What is petboard?
petboard is pet business management software built for operators in India: home boarders, kennels and boarding facilities, daycares, trainers, grooming salons, pet parks and pools, pet sitters and sitter networks, pet shops and veterinary clinics. It runs in any browser, on a phone, tablet or computer.
Intake and care records. Share an intake form link on WhatsApp. Parents fill it on their phone and sign their consent, and every pet gets a care card with food, medicines, allergies and vaccination dates. Staff see today's arrivals, tasks and medicine times on their own phones, and push alerts flag new enquiries, payments and medicine doses.
Bookings by service. Boarding bookings check room and kennel capacity as you take them. Daycare supports weekly patterns and prepaid packages. Grooming has a calendar lane per groomer, prices by size and coat, and walk-ins. Training logs a 1-5 rating each session and issues a graduation certificate. Sitters get a visit link with check-in and check-out and send visit report cards.
Parents need no app. Photo updates go out on WhatsApp from the operator's own number. Parents get a stay page, visit report cards and a bill with a UPI pay link, all as browser links.
Money and reports. P&L, transactions, occupancy and income-by-category reports. GST lines and a GSTIN per brand for GST-registered businesses, and several brands under one login. On Pro, add-on modules cover Retail/POS (inventory, vendors, batch and expiry, dead-stock and ABC reports, an end-of-day Z-report), Internal Inventory and Pro Staff. Vet clinics get consultations, patient records, prescriptions printed on their letterhead and vet certificates.
Integrations. WhatsApp (messages from your own number), Razorpay UPI payment links, Google Calendar and Google sign-in. Import clients from Excel, Google Sheets or a Google Form, and export your records as CSV files.
Access and data. Roles and permissions for each staff member. Business data is stored in a database in Mumbai, India. The owner can download business records as a zip of CSV files at any time, also after a plan ends. Help guides are in English and romanised Hindi.
