The dashboard consolidates metrics including the number of monitored products, triggered alerts, average price differentials, and the proportion of products priced below competitor levels. Filters enable segmentation by competitor, category, time period, alert threshold, stock availability, and positioning. Historical price visualization illustrates trends over customizable durations ranging from seven days to unlimited history based on the subscription plan. Alerts notify users by email when price differentials exceed predefined thresholds, with up to four alerts per day depending on the plan. Each notification includes product references, price differentials, competitor identification, and direct links. Automated reports summarize performance daily, weekly, or monthly, with configurable distribution lists and include data exports in comma separated value and Excel formats with timestamps, variation histories, and comparative metrics.
The Business plus plan provides marketplace discovery by identifying new sellers using stock keeping unit or European article number codes and assigning confidence scores. It also provides an automated repricing engine that applies pricing rules directly to connected e-commerce platforms, including alignment, undercutting, and guaranteed margin strategies. Safeguards such as price floors and ceilings, cooldown periods, and scoped rule definitions by product, tag, or catalog prevent unintended adjustments. Detailed logs record every repricing event with timestamps, previous and applied prices, and competitor attribution. Rivalyse integrates with business systems and workflow platforms through webhooks, application programming interface endpoints, and native connectors for e-commerce platforms such as PrestaShop, WooCommerce, and Shopify; enterprise resource planning solutions including EBP, Sage, and Cegid; messaging tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Discord; business intelligence applications such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Power BI; and no-code automation through Zapier, Make, n eight n, Power Automate, and IFTTT.
All communications use secure HTTPS encryption with token based authentication and webhook payloads signed with HMAC SHA two hundred fifty-six. Data is hosted on GDPR compliant OVH servers in France with full encryption at rest and in transit. The platform offers three subscription plans based on monitored URL volume, feature set, and support level. The Basic plan includes monitoring for one hundred URLs with four daily scans, one daily email alert, customizable thresholds, monthly reports, six-month price history, dashboard access, and comma separated value and Excel exports with Google Sheets integration. The Pro plan extends monitoring to two hundred fifty URLs and adds weekly summaries, browser push notifications, twelve-month price history, messaging integrations, e-commerce modules, and no-code connectors.
