RotaLeave is UK leave management software for businesses where a shift has to be covered, not just filled. Warehouses, factories, workshops, hospitality, retail, care, logistics — anywhere a rota falls over if the wrong two people are off at once.

Most holiday planners treat headcount as interchangeable. Five staff off is five staff off. That works in an office. It doesn't work when the two people off happen to be your only forklift drivers, your only personal licence holder, or the pair of first aiders on the late shift.

RotaLeave keeps a skills and certification register alongside the leave calendar. When a request comes in, the approver sees who's left on shift and what they're actually qualified to do, before they hit approve rather than the morning it goes wrong.
