Software is promising but for users used to new SaaS offerings, the learning curve may be steep. Implementation consultants are extremely busy. It felt like one would have long waiting times to get moving again. High upfront costs.
All the features it has. The fact that is integrated. All the data is warehoused under one DB
Too steep of a learning curve. It is a web interface on top of an IBM RPG solution which restricts what is possible to customize unless you pay the consultants for it. Limited support with a small user community.
