The departures management system allows scheduling of recurring trip dates and tracking of capacity across multiple departure instances from a single trip configuration.

Payments functionality supports deposit-based booking models in which travelers commit with an initial payment and complete the balance through automated installment schedules. Payment processing uses operators’ own Stripe account and handles failed transaction retries with automatic logic and self-service portals for travelers to manage their payment plans. The participant management module consolidates traveler information including passport details, dietary requirements, emergency contacts and custom form responses while automatically building manifests as participants submit their information.
