Session is booking software built specifically for saunas - not a generic appointment scheduler adapted to them. Most tools are designed around one-to-one appointments. Session is built around sessions: a fixed number of people sharing one time slot, which is how saunas actually run. It's used by community, independent, mobile and multi-site saunas in the UK, Ireland, the US, Australia and New Zealand.

Set a recurring or one-off schedule with the capacity, length and price of each session, and Session generates the bookable times automatically. Customers book a space, pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and manage their own booking through a secure link - no account required. Everything from check-in to refunds happens in one place.

What it does:

• Shared-capacity sessions - spaces, not appointments - that can't be overbooked, with capacity you can change for a single date

• Private hire of the whole sauna, sharing the same time as individual spaces - whichever sells first

• A choice of lengths in one session, such as 30, 60 or 90 minutes, with overlapping starts sharing the same spaces

• Memberships with member prices and included sessions applied automatically

• Bundles and gift vouchers, sold straight from your booking page

• Digital waivers each guest signs on their own phone, checked at check-in

• A staff check-in page for arrivals on the day

• Multiple locations from one account, including mobile saunas that move by date

Pricing is one fair rate: free to set up, no subscription, then 0.5% per paid booking, capped each month in your own currency (£100, US$150, €90, A$150, C$140 or NZ$170). Card payments go straight into your own Stripe account.
