Session is booking software built specifically for saunas — not a generic appointment scheduler adapted to them. Most tools are designed around one-to-one appointments. Session is built around sessions: a fixed number of people sharing one time slot, which is how saunas actually run. It's used by community, independent, mobile and floating saunas across the UK and Australia.

Set a recurring or one-off schedule with the capacity, duration and price for each session, and Session generates the bookable slots automatically. Customers book a space, pay by card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay), and manage their own booking through a secure link — no account required. Everything from check-in to refunds happens in one place.

Pricing: free to set up with no subscription. Session charges 0.5% per paid booking, capped at £100 per month, with no card required to start. Stripe's card processing (around 1.5% + 20p on UK cards) applies separately and is paid into your own Stripe account. Non-profit and community saunas get a partnership deal through the Community Sauna Network.

Support is founder-led — Session is built by a sauna operator. You get direct help with setup and with migrating your existing bookings, customers and vouchers from Acuity, Wix, Periode, Mindbody or a CSV, with no data lost.
