This solution consolidates traditionally fragmented workflows into a unified environment that eliminates the need for spreadsheets and multiple disconnected tools. The system maintains data integrity by preserving a single record across all project stages.
At the core of the solution lies a deterministic pricing engine that models each product as a living recipe with substrates, machine time, labour and tiered markup rules. Users define product recipes once by specifying the materials, manufacturing processes and pricing structures. The pricing engine then calculates accurate quotes automatically based on customer specifications such as dimensions and quantities. Minimal information is required to initiate quoting and the system converts accepted quotes into production jobs with a single action while preserving price and data consistency. Production scheduling is displayed through a comprehensive Gantt style timeline with holiday and weekend awareness and overload warnings. Department specific floor boards offer tablet optimized interfaces that exclude financial details to enforce appropriate access controls.
The artificial intelligence assistant embedded within the system performs substantive operational tasks under the same permission framework that governs human users. The assistant searches across quotes, jobs, customer records, inventory and purchase orders in plain language. It drafts quotes, creates customer profiles, updates job statuses and raises purchase orders subject to approval workflows. Every action is controlled by a granular permission architecture with seventy plus user grants and all operations appear in an audit trail.
Additional modules support purchasing management, catalogue maintenance and bulk data import for customers, materials and suppliers. The document generation engine produces branded PDFs for quotes, invoices, purchase orders, job sheets and safety work method statements. Two way synchronization with Xero accounting software keeps invoicing and payment status current without manual reconciliation. Stripe integration facilitates direct payment collection into a business bank account. A no code online store builder enables customers to configure products, view real time pricing and submit orders directly into the production queue. VIP client portals provide account specific catalogues with negotiated pricing while multi location dashboards support distributed operations. White label customization allows businesses to apply their own brand identity across the interface. A custom report builder supports CSV, Excel and PDF exports with saved views and role based key performance indicators. Email integration captures correspondence from Outlook and Gmail directly into the relevant records. Desktop file synchronization is currently in final testing prior to general release.
