Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Signatura overview
What is Signatura?
Signatura is electronic signature software for sending, signing and sealing documents online, built and operated by Austrat Trading Corp. in Kelowna, British Columbia.
Functions: upload a PDF, DOCX, PNG or JPG up to 25 MB; place nine field types (signature, initials, date, text, checkbox, dropdown, attachment, image and auto-number), or let AI-assisted field placement detect the fields and score its confidence on each before you send. Send to any number of signers in sequential or parallel order, with CC recipients, automatic reminders on a set interval, and signing windows that close on expiry. Recipients can sign, decline or request changes; per-signer delivery status shows a bounced request immediately. Reusable templates with fields pre-placed, folders and tags, smart document naming from field values, merge tokens that pull one field's value into static text, signer attachments merged into the final PDF as labelled pages, and full version history with void or edit-and-resend after sending.
Signing: signers open a link in any modern browser, on desktop or mobile, with no account and no fee. They can draw, type in one of seventeen handwriting faces, upload an image or photograph a signature, and save a reusable signature that they can revoke.
Security and evidence: TLS 1.3 in transit and AES-256 at rest. Every completed document is sealed with a SHA-256 hash and a Certificate of Completion recording each signer, timestamp and location, and anyone holding the file can re-verify it without an account. Two-factor authentication for accounts, row-level security in the database, and no analytics, advertising or cross-site tracking cookies anywhere. Frameworks referenced on the certificate: ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS (Simple Electronic Signatures), UK eIDAS, GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA, PIPEDA and BC PIPA.
Integrations: import from Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud or a phone camera; export completed documents back to Google Drive, Dropbox or OneDrive; one-button export of all documents, templates, contacts and signatures. No public API.
Teams and branding: per-document visibility (private, named people or the whole team), draft co-editing with owner-only send control, a per-member permission matrix, a contacts book that populates itself from sends, and offboarding that transfers documents and templates to a successor while history stays attributed. Your logo, colours and company name on signing pages, emails and the completed PDF, with custom email templates for requests, reminders and completions.
Languages: the app, the signing pages and every email in English, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Russian and Latvian, chosen per recipient.
Pricing: one plan, everything included, with unlimited documents and templates. $24 per seat per month billed annually or $32 monthly, and the per-seat rate falls automatically to $10.50 (annual) or $14.00 (monthly) at 50 seats. 14-day free trial, no credit card required.
Known limits: Simple Electronic Signatures only (no Advanced or Qualified signatures), no SSO, no public API, no SOC 2 report yet, United States hosting only, and no native mobile apps; the web app works in any mobile browser.
