Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

Stride overview
What is Stride?
Stride is an AI native software delivery platform that consolidates planning, architecture design, quality assurance and process optimization within a single workspace. The platform addresses the fragmentation caused by tool sprawl by unifying project management, documentation, diagramming and testing on a connected graph. All delivery artifacts, including user stories, acceptance criteria, architecture diagrams, process maps, test cases and defect reports, are interlinked and contextually aware. The common knowledge graph ensures that updates to any artifact propagate through related items to maintain consistency across the delivery cycle.
The platform comprises four integrated modules that operate on the shared graph. The Plan module provides AI assisted backlog management and sprint planning by generating epics, user stories and acceptance criteria derived from historical delivery patterns. The Design module develops architecture solution options with trade off analysis while supporting diagrams and decision records and identifying architectural risks. The Optimize module performs process mining to detect bottlenecks and automation opportunities, conducts simulations of different scenarios and generates roadmaps for process improvements. The Verify module produces test cases grounded in past defect data, maintains a live traceability matrix linking stories to tests and defects, predicts regression risks and applies quality gates before release. The platform transforms product requirements documents into comprehensive backlogs complete with associated designs and test plans and synthesizes release notes from actual tickets and code commits.
Stride integrates with existing toolchains through native connectors and open protocols. The platform supports automatic linking of pull requests and status updates with source control systems, notification flows in team communication channels and bidirectional synchronization with project management systems via secure OAuth and webhook mechanisms. It functions as a Model Context Protocol server to enable AI coding agents to interact directly with workspace objects and offers a public REST API and signed webhooks for custom integrations. Migration from legacy systems is supported through import of backlog data and field mappings from common export formats.
The platform enforces security and governance through role based access control, audit logging and configurable AI spending caps with budget thresholds and alerts. Enterprise deployments can leverage custom AI provider configurations and on premise options to meet data residency and compliance requirements. All AI operations are grounded in the workspace graph to ensure that generated content accurately reflects the full context of the codebase, team structure and delivery history.
