Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

TeeWire overview
What is TeeWire?
TeeWire is a cloud-based, all-in-one golf course management platform built around four connected modules: tee sheet software, online booking with waitlist automation, point-of-sale, and website design, with a simulator bay booking add-on available on top. Rather than running separate tools for scheduling, payments, and the website, everything lives in one system with shared data.
The tee sheet gives staff a drag-and-drop daily schedule accessible from any device with a browser, with no installation or special hardware required. It supports configurable golfer and member booking rules, including booking windows, cancellation cutoffs, and pricing that varies by golfer type, and staff can create tee times in bulk for leagues, outings, and tournaments. The system generates automated reporting on utilization, revenue, and booking trends without manual work, and AI-powered Smart Matching automatically pairs compatible online bookings to fill more seats per tee time.
The online booking widget embeds directly into the course website and syncs in real time with the tee sheet, letting golfers reserve tee times 24 hours a day. When a preferred tee time is full, golfers can join TeeWire's automated waitlist instead of calling the pro shop. The moment a cancellation or no-show creates an opening, TeeWire notifies waitlisted golfers by SMS and email and fills the slot automatically, with no staff intervention required.
The point-of-sale module handles tee time, pro shop retail, and food and beverage transactions on one device, and supports member account billing directly from the register or the tee sheet. It integrates with the payment processors many courses already use, including Stripe, Square, Clover, SpotOn, and Authorize.net, or it can run standalone with an existing processor. Pricing is flat rather than transaction-based, so there are no commission fees reducing margin on sales.
Website Design adds a mobile-first, SEO-optimized site with the TeeWire booking engine, including the waitlist, embedded directly into the page. Sites include a drag-and-drop editor so non-technical staff can update content without a developer, plus built-in email marketing tools, online event registration for leagues and tournaments, and e-commerce for gift cards, prepaid rounds, and merchandise. TeeWire has designed and built more than 300 golf course websites since 2004.
TeeWire Simulator Bookings extends the same booking engine to indoor golf simulator bays as an add-on to any plan, scaling to support as many bays as a facility needs, and keeping simulator reservations in the same connected system as outdoor tee times.
Pricing is tiered by course size. Tee Sheet Only starts at $149 per month for 9 holes, $179 for 18 holes, $235 for 27 holes, and $285 for 36 holes. The POS plus Tee Sheet bundle, which adds waitlist automation and point-of-sale, runs $100 per month more at every tier: $249, $279, $335, and $385. Every plan includes unlimited staff user accounts with customizable permissions at no additional cost, and annual billing saves an extra 10 percent. There are no long-term contracts, setup fees, migration fees, or data-import fees, and courses can cancel anytime.
Deployment is entirely web-based, cloud and SaaS, accessible on desktop and mobile browsers with no software to install. New courses typically go live within 48 hours, and migrations from another tee sheet system take about five days with data transfer included. Development and customer support are based entirely in the United States, with no outsourced support, reachable by phone, email, or request form with a 24-hour response time on business days. TeeWire currently serves hundreds of golf courses nationwide, spanning daily-fee, municipal, semi-private, and private clubs and resorts.
