TressyPOS is an all-in-one salon, spa and barbershop platform in which the point of sale and the accounting ledger are a single system, rather than two products exchanging files.

Billing and cash control

Ticket-based checkout with services, products, packages and gift cards on one bill. Split payments across cash, card, bank and wallet, split-staff commission per service line, partial payments, holds, refunds and voids. Billing runs online and offline: if the connection drops, bills are written locally and queue for automatic sync the moment the internet returns, so an outage never stops the counter. A day-close routine produces a Z-Report that reconciles the physical drawer against the ledger and flags any shortfall before staff go home.

Accounting

Real double-entry books with a customisable chart of accounts. Every sale, expense, purchase, staff advance, salary and bank transfer posts as a journal entry, so Trial Balance, Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, cash flow, receivable and payable ageing, vendor statements and a fixed-asset register with depreciation are always current. A Books Health Check runs daily and reports any entry that does not tie out. Tax is configurable by region, including QR-coded invoices and real-time reporting to a tax authority where that is required. Voids reverse every effect they created - ledger, stock, loyalty points, staff advances and tax accruals - instead of leaving orphaned balances.

Staff, attendance and payroll

Face-recognition or passcode clock-in from any device, plus direct connection to push-protocol biometric terminals from ZKTeco, eSSL and Realtime with no additional vendor cloud subscription. Payroll computes base salary, service and product commission, tips, overtime, late and absence rules, advances, staff loans with automatic instalment recovery, partial payments, and final settlement to the exact resignation date, then issues payslips.

Bookings, clients and marketing

A round-the-clock online booking page with staff and service selection, calendar sync and automatic confirmations. Client records hold full visit, service, product and payment history, with loyalty points, prepaid memberships, packages and gift cards. Bulk WhatsApp campaigns and reminders can be targeted by service history, spend or last-visit date. An academy module tracks course enrolment and fee balances.

Inventory and purchasing

Product and consumable stock with reorder levels, supplier records, purchase orders, goods receipt and payables, all posting to the same ledger as the till.

Multi-branch and administration

White-label head-office control across locations, a separate ledger per branch with consolidated group reporting, and role-based permissions the owner defines per person and per branch, so each salon decides exactly what its team may see, edit or approve. Every edit, void and approval is written to an activity log with the user, the timestamp and the stated reason.

Security and data

Encrypted transport, per-tenant data isolation enforced at the database layer, granular role permissions, session controls, and one-click backup and export to your own storage. Existing data can be imported from spreadsheets during onboarding.
