VTC Planner is a native iOS and Android management application for independent private hire (VTC) drivers and small fleets operating in France. It centralizes scheduling, reservations, client records, quotes, invoices, expenses, trip registers, payment tracking, dispatch and subcontracting.

Each ride can be connected to its operational documents. The application generates reservation vouchers that comply with the French order of 6 August 2025 and invoices containing VTC-specific information. Electronic invoicing is included at no extra cost. Accounting data can be exported for an accountant, while dashboards help drivers monitor revenue, rides and unpaid invoices.

Fleet tools support multiple drivers and vehicles. Dispatch features allow a ride to be assigned to a partner driver and followed through completion and payment. The application also supports offline work and synchronizes when connectivity returns.

VTC Planner is designed to complement, rather than replace, an accountant. Its difference from generic accounting applications is its coverage of the operational steps before bookkeeping: planning the ride, producing the reservation voucher, maintaining the trip register and creating the related VTC documents.

Public pricing is €49.99 per month or €499 per year. The base subscription includes two drivers and two vehicles. Each extra driver or vehicle slot costs €9.99 per month. A 14-day free trial is available without a credit card.
