XIA Configuration overview
What is XIA Configuration?
XIA Configuration is designed for IT professionals to help them manage their IT infrastructure with automatic network documentation generation. A wide range of technologies are supported including Active Directory, Windows, Unix, VMware, Hyper-V, SQL, Backup Exec, Citrix and more.
The items on a network are automatically detected and scanned. The configuration data can then be viewed in a web interface where users can also run reports to get the information they need. Several built-in reports are included so users can audit their environments and check compliance against best practices and security standards.
Scans can be scheduled to run on a weekly or daily basis, allowing users to track changes over time and to compare items to expose any incorrect configuration. A fully-featured, unlimited free trial version is available so users can try the software in their environment.
