InvoiceParser Pro turns supplier invoices into checked, approved bills, for accounting firms, bookkeepers, AP teams and small businesses.

How it works. Drop in PDFs, scans or phone photos (up to 50 at a time) or forward invoices by email to each client's own inbox address. IPP extracts the vendor, invoice number, dates, payment terms, PO number, every line item (description, quantity, unit price, discount, tax and line total), each tax line, shipping, fees and the total. No vendor templates and no training phase.

What it checks. Each line's quantity times unit price, the lines against the subtotal, the tax against its printed rate, and subtotal plus tax against the total. A mismatch is flagged with the invoice's own numbers and shown beside the source page. Possible duplicates are flagged against invoices from the last 400 days and never deleted automatically. Every field is graded High, Medium or Low confidence, and supplier statements or files holding several invoices are flagged rather than treated as one bill.

Integrations and exports. On paid plans, approved bills are pushed over OAuth to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books, posting to the expense account you map; QuickBooks pushes can carry your mapped tax codes (Xero and Zoho pushes don't set tax codes yet). Every plan exports to Excel (every line item) and CSV (one row per invoice), with custom export templates. Scale adds a REST API, and a hosted MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT (developer mode) and Cursor.

Controls. Nothing is pushed without an approval, and editing a money field on an approved bill withdraws it. Eight roles with per-person switches and approval limits; multi-step approval chains on Team and Scale; two-factor sign-in, which a workspace owner can require.
