Overall, I was very impressed with KwickMetrics. It had all the features and tools I needed to track and improve my Amazon business metrics, and the insights it provided were valuable and actionable. The frequent updates and improvements were also a plus, as they kept the software fresh and relevant.
I really appreciated the simplicity and ease of use of this software. It was a refreshing change from other complex and cumbersome tools that I've used in the past, some of which are incredibly slow in loading our Amazon data and inaccurate in their calculations. Another thing I liked about this software was the excellent customer support. Whenever I had a question or issue, the support team was quick to respond and help me out. The pricing is much more affordable than the other tools we have used like Helium10.
I experienced some minor stability issues with this software. It would occasionally crash or freeze. Even though their customer support was quick in resolving the issue and relaying it to me, I would appreciate it if they could improve the performance with our large catalog of products.

Products works well, support is epic, lots of road mapping and having a seat at the table which helps to get the right solution.
It can be a bit noisey sometimes. There’s a lot of data.

Affordable price and impressive visualisation , user friendly interface. Solid report export options.
Customer support service is very slow, shame to not having live chat support for such perfect app.

I am happy and using it regularly.
I got this product from Ecomsummit. I started using it. I could see that the data is updated regularly and accurate. Users can trust this software.Great work by team.
I did not find any loophole in the software. Everything which I wanted is available in the software.
