The App had really help with data visualization and also help my company to delineate clearly the boundary of our distributors. This is currently saving us a lot. Thanks to scribble map, we are now able to optimize the sales reps' route.

Really, the support is the heart of making a custom map for the uninitiated. In this case, it is the support professional assigned to my account. [SENSITIVE CONTENT]. "Support" doesn't properly describe. Easier to say "on call friendly expert" So valued is the ease of expert communication and spot on help. The purpose I conveyed for my Schools and Communities Guide was immediately understood. Mutual solution navigation guided the Maps to fruition. Instructions were extraordinarily helpful. Zoom sessions can be recorded and replayed. Very cool!
Layering and address importation is what I liked best about Scribble Maps. Custom maps for my online magazine has actually upgraded the value of my own product, enough to say, in fact, that my custom magazine business has been revolutionized. Truth. My sales price has doubled, from $20/month to $39.99/month. Customers are giving me all the credit, and it's a lot... and I like it, but it is the Map software driving this success. With the outstanding support, Scribble Maps is now easy to use after a brief learning curve.
There is nothing I do not like about the software. My firm's marketing target is straightforward. Scribble Maps hit the bulls eye, without burdening the process with unneeded functions.

My initial rating of this program would have been an 8 out of ten due to "bugs" I had encountered while using program. However, the incredibly detailed customer service I received revealed most of those "bugs" to be user error, while the remaining ones were reacted to excitedly as an opportunity to improve the interface. This experience absolutely elevated my rating of scribble maps to a 10.
The first thing that stands out about scribble maps is that it's the first program I've used in the past 10 years that does everything I wished it would right out of the box (and that's saying something considering the ridiculous complexity of the maps I'm building). While it takes a bit of time to learn all of the tools, one you do Scribble maps makes you feel like a bit of a wizard with just what...
There are some inconsistencies in convention in some of the tools (i.e. the process to edit the size of a line is different then the process to edit the size of a marker) such that the user needs to put a little more effort into learning the interface. However once learned the program is as effective as you could wish for.
