What is AssociationVoting?

AssociationVoting is a web-based election management tool for use with grants, awards, scholarships, boards, and committee elections. The platform is designed to help maximize voter turnout with features including nominations, hybrid elections, proxy voting services, and mobile-responsive online voting. AssociationVoting supports profession, trade, religious organizations, as well as home and property associations.

AssociationVoting enables the personalization of ballots based on region or sub-group membership, with no additional per-ballot fees. Using the secure online voting manager, election administrators can upload and manage their member database, add candidate biographies and photos, manage scoring weights, and edit, preview, and test ballots. In addition to default positions or propositions, users can also restrict a ballot item to a specific group or groups to allow only members in selected groups to vote on specific ballot items.

Online elections can help you securely and accurately collect votes during the meeting or AGM (virtual or live), as well as collect votes remotely well before the meeting to increase voter turnout and meet your quorum. Real-time systemic results makes tallying ballots obsolete. Online elections allow you to authenticate your voters wherever they are. AV supports voting rounds with our Live Voting Module. Each round’s participation and results can be viewed real-time and saved for your records.

AssociationVoting provides a hybrid election service designed to streamline the transition to online elections while providing accurate results, including paper ballot counts via scan or mail. Support for multiple proxy voting formats, including limited, directed, and general proxies, and quorum counts, is also offered. AssociationVoting provides real-time vote tallies online along with a detailed audit of the election in a record summary PDF so that users can track the progress of elections. AssociationVoting certifies that all election results are accurate and representative of membership votes.

AssociationVoting’s hybrid election system allows users to submit paper ballots for counting via mail or fax.

The proxy voting service supports multiple proxy formats, including general proxy, directed proxy, limited proxy, and quorum count.

Users can ‘test run’ their ballots before elections, using the editable election window dates and ‘clear all votes’ function to trial the voter experience.

AssociationVoting certifies all voting results generated through the platform to be an accurate and genuine representation of members’ votes.
