File Explorer is a web-based tool that provides full access to view and export Salesforce files. Designed for organizations with a large volume of files, File Explorer bridges the gap in Salesforce's native file management capabilities. It allows users to view all files within their Salesforce organization, regardless of the number of files. The application also provides a listing page that facilitates complete visibility into the organization's file repository. Users can select and email files to multiple recipients directly from the Salesforce environment, without the need to leave the platform. Additionally, the inline download feature allows users to download any file with a single click.

ES File Explorer has simplified my life when it comes to managing my files on Android. In fact, it is a must have file explorer for anyone on an android platform. I give it a five star rating on functionality
I like the app because: > I can back up my apk files either on phone memory or memory card. > I can open multiple windows and easily swipe from one window to another. > My files can be backed up on sky drive, directly from ES File Explorer. > The app is capable of showing hidden files, which cannot happen with the default File Explorer. > ES can show files that have been recently added into the phone or SD Card, this includes documents, pictures, videos audios etc. Another good thing is that it shows the location of these new files. > It has an inbuilt cleaner to keep the office health. > I also love the hand gesture feature which works as shortcut to my desired files. > Ability to rename multiple files as a batch is another plus to me.
However, there are some features which I would have loved ES File Explorer to work on. > When I compress files with a password protection, it comes damaged on windows. I wish this was fixed. > I would wish to have the windows split so I could see the two windows at the same time. > Would be happy to have multiple themes. The current themes are just very few. > There was a time I wanted to extract a zipped file soon after reinstalling ES, just to be asked to download a module to extract the file. I would like the module to be part of the ES File Explorer package to avoid inconveniences in case I have no data. > Graphics/User Interface should also be improved if possible.

Digital signature can be improved in the latest version. File saving and cut paste should be more easy .

Great! The only issue regarding File Explorer is trying to use "Sharepoint" as a file back up. Sharepoint is not consistent, so I actually RELY on file explorer on the daily. I'm glad I can count on at least one of these programs.
My favorite thing about file explorer is it is always consistent with the files I upload, move, delete, etc. It is also very easy to use and navigate, so even if you are not completely confident in finding what you are looking for, you can usually troubleshoot fairly easily.
At this time I do not have any complaints or disklikes with File Explorer.

File Explorer has simplified my existence on the subject of handling my documents on Android. In fact, it's far a have to have record explorer for every person on an android platform.
The software program has an excessive compatibility with one of a kind sources, multi account Dropbox , ftps, Google force etc
There isn't anyt any seek engine for all folders, one has to click on on every folder on the way to locate a selected document or document.
