What is NanoNotion?NanoNotion is a cloud-based idea and knowledge management platform which enables users to collect, share and surface ideas and knowledge using a range of features and functionalities, including crowdsourcing, ratings and collaboration tools, plus statistics and analytics, selectable metrics, commenting, and much more. Leveraging Microsoft technologies and applications, NanoNotion is built on Azure and supports Azure tenant management, portal admins, as well as Azure AD and Office 365 users, groups and role access.
To begin the NanoNotion process, users simply add a summary of an idea or knowledge with supported links or materials to an Office 365 document. Users can create Notions from a variety of Office 365 document types, such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel, and insert links stored in OneDrive for Business and SharePoint. Users can then publish and share the new Notion with colleagues and accumulate points for recognition, while the Notion is socialized and shared by others throughout the organization.
